2. Products & Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorised to make the purchase and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

• Orders are confirmed via email within 24 hours of placement.
• We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, and invoice (for verified business accounts).
• Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched, unless a credit arrangement has been agreed.
• For large orders, a deposit of 50% may be required before production or procurement begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and product availability.

• Standard shipping: 7–14 business days.
• Express shipping: 3–5 business days (additional charges apply).
• Freight/heavy equipment: delivery timelines provided at time of order.
• All shipments are insured during transit.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 90-day return policy on most products. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• A return authorisation must be obtained from our team before shipping items back.
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item in satisfactory condition.

6. Warranty

Products supplied by Ferdinand Merchandise are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.

• Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period with proof of purchase.
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
• We facilitate warranty claims on behalf of our customers where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ferdinand Merchandise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.
